Greetings from NY. Just finished reading your Diploma. As a former BBH planner, (Bartle/Kendall vintage), I was excited to see the agency is still at the forefront of strategy thinking. Well done – a really useful and timely piece. We have been working on some related frameworks with our largest client Coke that I’d love to share – these are to do with story templates but gaming is also on our radar and I think they are related.
